Online KYC Updation (Re-KYC) Process

    Access Online KYC Updation
    Click on "KYC/AML" tab and then click on "Online KYC Updation (Re-KYC)"

    Enter Registered Mobile Number
    Enter the registered mobile number. You will receive an OTP for validation.

    Validation and Options
    If validation is unsuccessful, then the screen will End direct the customer to visit the branch for registering their mobile number with the Bank. If validation is successful, then the customer will have two options 1. If there any change in the KYC information and documents, then click on Yes or 2. If there is no change then click on No and the customer will exit from the screen after confirmation. (If the customer click on 'No', then they will receive the SMS on their mobile number stating "Your KYC updation process is completed successfully".)

    Submit KYC Information and Documents
    If customer chooses 'YES' option then customer need to enter the required information and upload the KYC documents from the list available and the submit the data. Customer will receive the following SMS "Your KYC documents and information is received/uploaded successfully"
